Manage branding
Use Manage Branding to show your organisation's logo in the Mission Control header for everyone in your account.
Before you start
- You need the Administrator user permission. Manage Branding appears in the account menu only for administrators.
- Prepare your logo file. The page recommends an SVG, or a wide logo about 480 × 64 pixels. PNG, JPG and WebP files are also accepted, up to 2 MB.
Upload or replace your logo
- Select your name in the top bar to open the account menu.
- Select Manage Branding.
- Under Logo, choose your logo file. A preview appears next to the file picker.
- Select Save.
What happens next
The message Logo updated. It can take a few minutes to appear everywhere. appears. Your logo replaces the ScoutIT AI logo in the Mission Control header.
Remove your logo
- Open Manage Branding from the account menu.
- Select Remove logo.
- Select Save.
The message Logo removed. appears, and the ScoutIT AI logo returns to the header shortly.
Troubleshooting
| Message | What to do |

| The logo is too large (max 2 MB). | Reduce the file size and try again. |
| Please upload an image file (PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP). | Save the logo in one of those formats. |
| Choose a logo file, or use Remove logo. | You selected Save without choosing a file. Choose a file first. |
| The logo upload failed. Please try again. | Try again. If it keeps failing, contact support. |
