Switch apps and accounts

ScoutIT AI has several apps, and some users belong to more than one account. Use the top bar to move between them without signing out.

Switch apps​

  1. Select the apps button in the top bar. The list of apps opens.
  2. Select the app you want:
    • EIS: Event Intelligence System (EIS)
    • AIS: AI Studio
    • MC: Mission Control
    • ATP: Agentic Transformation Platform (ATP)
    • Admin: account administration (administrators only)

The app you're in is highlighted. An app that's greyed out isn't enabled for your account. Holding the pointer over it shows Not enabled for this account. To add an app to your account, contact support.

Switch accounts​

The account switcher appears in the top bar only when you belong to more than one account. It shows the name of the account you're working in.

  1. Select the account switcher. The Switch Account list opens.
  2. Select the account you want. Each account shows your role in it, and your primary account is marked Primary.

ScoutIT AI opens the selected account's home page. The account you're already in is shown but can't be selected.

Troubleshooting​

  • I don't see the account switcher. You belong to only one account. Ask the administrator of the other account to invite you. See Manage users.
  • I don't see Admin in the app list. Only users with the Administrator user permission see it.
