Agent details
The agent details page shows everything about one agent in tabs, and holds actions such as cloning.
Open agent details
- On the Agents screen, find the agent.
- Select the agent's name.
What you see
The header shows the agent's name, status, version and Cortex Score. It also has:
- Test chat, when the agent is active. See Test an agent.
- An Actions menu.
- Update agent and Cancel.
Tabs

Actions menu
The Actions menu has two groups:
- Config: View API details.
- Distribute: Share, Publish to Mission Control (or Edit Mission Control), Automate, Auto-Remediation and Clone agent.
Clone an agent
- On the agent details page, open the Actions menu.
- Select Clone agent.
- In the Clone agent? dialog, select Clone.
The message Agent cloned successfully. appears. If the clone fails, the name may already be taken or not allowed, or you may not have permission to copy this agent.
Add training attachments
The Training tab shows whether the agent is Trained · live in chats or Saved draft · not yet trained.
- Open the Training tab.
- Under Attachments, select Choose a file or drop one here, or drop a file on it.
You can add up to 10 files per agent, each up to 10 MB. Supported types are .txt, .md, .csv, .json, .html, .xml, .yaml and .xlsx.
You can't upload a file with the same name twice. Remove the existing file first, then upload again.
Troubleshooting
- Attachment cap reached — remove a file below before adding another. remove a file first.
- file is empty: choose a file that has content.
- file exceeds the 10 MB upload cap: choose a smaller file.
- If the file type is unsupported, save it as one of the supported types.
