Delete an MCP

Delete MCPs you no longer need.

Before you start​

  • You can delete an MCP if you own it, or if it is shared with your organisation with full access.
  • Deleting an MCP also removes every dashboard widget that uses it. If agents or schedules use it, the connection is removed from them. This can't be undone.

Delete one MCP​

  1. In MCP Builder, open the actions menu on the MCP.
  2. Select Delete.
  3. In the Delete MCP dialog, check which agents and schedules use it.
  4. Select Delete.

Delete several MCPs​

  1. In MCP Builder, select Select.
  2. Select each MCP you want to delete.
  3. Select Delete selected.
  4. Confirm in the dialog.

Select Clear selection to start again.

Delete a group​

  1. Open the actions menu on the group.
  2. Select Delete.
  3. Check the list of MCPs inside it. Deleting a group also deletes those MCPs.
  4. Select the delete button to confirm.
