Models
The Models screen lists the AI models available for chats, agents and swarms in AI Studio. The page heading is Model Configuration.
Open the Models screen
- In AI Studio, open the Agent Ops menu.
- Select Models.
What you see
- Org Models shows the models that anyone in your account can use.
- My models shows only the private models you created.
- The count next to the heading shows how many configurations are listed.
- Select List view or Tile view to change the layout.
- Type in Search by name, model, or provider to filter the list as you type.
- Select Configure New Model to add a model. See Configure a new model.
List view
The list has these columns:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Model Name | The display name, with the model's identifier underneath. |
| Provider | The provider. An External tag means the model uses your own API key. A Private tag means it is visible only to its creator. |
| Status | Whether the model is active or inactive for your account. |
| Created | When the configuration was created. |
| Updated | When it was last changed. |
| Actions | The row menu, if you can edit this model. |
Tile view
Each model appears as a card showing Provider and Status. Expand a card to see Model ID, Created and Updated.
Pages
When the list is longer than one page, use Previous and Next. The footer shows which configurations you are viewing and the page number.
Turn a model on or off for your organisation
Beside each model's status is a switch that turns the model on or off for everyone in your organisation.
Before you start
Only an account administrator can use this switch. Other users can see the switch, but can't change it.
Steps
- Find the model in the list.
- Select the switch beside its status.
If a model is not available to your account, the switch tooltip tells you so. Ask your account administrator to make it available.
Row actions
Open the Actions menu on a row to see:
- Edit configuration: see Edit or delete a model.
- Delete configuration: see Edit or delete a model.
The menu appears only on models you can edit. Models that ScoutIT AI manages for your account stay available to use, but you can't edit or delete them.
Troubleshooting
- No model configurations found with No configurations match your search. clear or change your search text.
- No model configurations found with Get started by creating your first model configuration. there are no models yet. Select Configure New Model.
- Only an account administrator can change which models your organisation uses. ask your account administrator to turn the model on or off.
- Models is temporarily unavailable. try again in a few minutes. If it continues, contact support.
