Review analysis history

Each AnalyzeIT agent keeps a history of your recent analyses. Use it to look back at earlier questions and answers without running them again.

Open the history

  1. Open the agent's screen, for example AnalyzeIT → The Drifter™.
  2. Select History.

The history opens in a window titled after the agent, such as Drifter History, Trender History, Predictor History, Situation History, Prophet History or Blender history.

Read the history table

For The Drifter™, The Trender™, The Predictor™, The Situation™ and The Prophet™, the table has these columns:

  • Date: when the analysis ran, in your local time.
  • Input Question: what was asked.
  • The agent's response, for example Drifter Response.
  • Critic Score: the score the critic gave the response.
  • Critic Response: the critic's comments on the response.

Long responses are shortened. Select Show More to read the full text, and Show Less to shorten it again.

For The Blender™, the columns are When, Question, Response, Critic Feedback and Score. Select a long entry to expand it.

Search the history

Type in Search question, response or feedback… at the top of the window. The table shows only the rows that contain your text. If nothing matches, you see No history rows match your search.

Move between pages

When the history has more than one page, select Prev and Next to move between pages. The page number shows where you are. The Situation™ history shows all its rows on one page.

Troubleshooting

  • You see "No recent history" or "No history data available." You haven't run an analysis with this agent yet, or no saved analyses are available. Run an analysis, then check again.
  • The history shows an error. The history couldn't load. Close the window and select History again. If it keeps failing, contact support.
