Work with analysis results

When an AnalyzeIT agent returns a result, a row of icons appears on it. Use them to rate the answer, copy it, send it by email or save it as a PDF. This page covers The Drifter™, The Trender™, The Blender™, The Predictor™, The Situation™ and The Prophet™. For the Agentic Workforces screen, see Agentic Workforces.

The result icons​

Hover over an icon to see its name.

IconWhat it does
Open chartOpens the result's chart as an image in a new browser tab. It appears only when the result has a chart.
LikeRecords that the answer helped. A thank-you message appears.
DislikeOpens Send Feedback so you can say what could be better.
Email to my addressOpens a form to send the result to your registered email address.
ShareOpens a form to send the result to other people.
Copy responseCopies the result text. You see Response copied.
Download as PDFDownloads the result as a PDF.

Send feedback on a result​

  1. Select Dislike.
  2. In Send Feedback, enter your Feedback. This field is required.
  3. Select Send Feedback.

You see Thanks — your feedback has been sent. To close the form without sending, select Cancel.

Email a result to yourself​

  1. Select Email to my address.
  2. Check the address under Registered email.
  3. Optionally, add a note in Message (optional).
  4. Select Send to My Email.

The result is sent as a PDF attachment. When it's sent, you see a message confirming the address it went to.

Share a result with others​

  1. Select Share.
  2. In Recipient emails, enter one or more email addresses. Separate them with commas, semicolons or new lines.
  3. Optionally, add a note in Message (optional).
  4. Select Share Response.

The result is sent as a PDF attachment. When it's sent, you see Response shared with followed by the recipient, or the number of recipients.

Troubleshooting​

  • You see "Enter at least one email address." Add a recipient, then send again.
  • You see "Could not generate PDF; sending without attachment." The email is still sent, but without the PDF. Use Download as PDF to save a copy yourself.
  • You see "Network error. Try again." Check your connection, then send again.
  • You see "No registered email found". Your profile has no email address. Use Share and enter the address instead, or contact support.
