Agentic Transformation Platform overview
The Agentic Transformation Platform (ATP) is the ScoutIT AI app for IT transformation assessments. You upload exports and metadata from your own tools, and a specialist AI agent reviews them and writes an assessment report. This page explains how ATP is organized and how to find the page you need.
How ATP is organized
ATP has three levels:
- Groups. Each group covers one area of IT transformation, such as Platform, FinOps or Risk & Compliance.
- Agents. Each group has one assigned agent. For example, Sitterson runs every page in the FinOps group.
- Assessment pages: Each group holds several pages, one for each topic in that area. Every page works the same way: you add evidence, run an analysis, ask follow-up questions and export a report.
Groups and agents can be renamed for your organization, so the names you see may differ from the default names on this site.
Open ATP
- Sign in to ScoutIT AI.
- Open the app switcher (scout Apps) in the header.
- Select ATP.
If ATP is greyed out in the app switcher, ATP isn't enabled for your account. To enable it, contact support.
The ATP home page
The home page is titled Agentic Transformation Platform and reads Select an agent to begin your assessment. Each agent specializes in a specific domain of IT transformation.
Use the tabs on the right to change how the agents are laid out:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Network | The agents arranged around a lead agent in the centre. Select an agent to open the first page in its group. |
| Org Chart | The lead agent at the top, with the other agents in a grid below. Select an agent card to open the first page in its group. |
| Groups | One folder per group. The number on each folder is how many pages it holds. Select a folder to see its pages, then select a page to open it. |
Each agent shows its name, its title and the name of its group. An agent that is greyed out isn't available and can't be opened.
If the home page says No agents are configured yet., no groups are set up for your account.
Move around ATP
- Menu. Select the menu button at the left of the navigation bar to open the ATP sidebar, headed Transformation Studio. It lists every group with its agent. Expand a group to see its pages, then select a page. Each page shows a short description under its name.
- Section tabs: When a page is open, the navigation bar shows the other pages in the same group as tabs. If a group has more pages than fit, the rest are under More.
- Home. Select the home icon in the navigation bar, or the ScoutIT AI logo, to go back to the home page.
What every assessment page has
Every assessment page uses the same layout:
- Page header. The page name, a badge, and the line Expert Consultation with followed by the agent's name.
- Progress steps: Three steps show how far you are: Evidence, Ask and Report.
- Instructions. Select Instructions to see which exports the agent needs, the file types it expects, and what you must not upload.
- Evidence panel: The Assigned Agent card and the Evidence upload area, with the Run Analysis button.
- Analysis Console. The agent's responses, the follow-up question box, and the New button to start again.
- Automations. Select Automations to run this page's analysis on a schedule.
To learn how to use each part, read Run an assessment.
