Change your password

Change your password from the account menu while you're signed in.

Before you start​

Your new password must:

  • be 8 to 20 characters long
  • include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character
  • be different from your current password

Change your password​

  1. Select your name in the top bar to open the account menu.
  2. Select Change Password.
  3. In Current password, enter the password you use now.
  4. In New password, enter your new password.
  5. In Confirm password, enter the new password again.
  6. Select Change password.

What happens next​

ScoutIT AI signs you out and opens the sign-in page. Sign in again with your new password.

Troubleshooting​
