Open apps

The Apps tab lists the apps deployed to your account. An app isn't an agent you chat with. Opening it takes you to the app's own pages inside Mission Control.

Open an app

  1. Select the Apps tab.
  2. Find the app's card. Each card shows the app's picture or initials, its name and its tags.
  3. Select the card.

The app opens. The Apps tab stays highlighted while you use it.

A greyed-out card is an app that is switched off. You can't open it.

Find an app

  1. Select Search apps in the header.
  2. Type part of the app's name or a tag.

If nothing matches, the tab reads No apps match this filter.

Filter by tag

The tag filter appears when at least one app has a tag.

  1. Select All tags in the header.
  2. Tick one or more tags. The grid updates as you tick.
  3. To find apps with no tag, tick Untagged apps.
  4. To remove the filter, select Clear.

To create, rename or delete tags, select Manage tags at the bottom of the menu.

Change how an app looks

Point at an app's card and select the gear (Presentation settings) to open Edit app. See Edit how an agent looks.

Troubleshooting

  • The tab says No apps deployed to this account. No app has been deployed or published to your account yet. Select Refresh after one is published. If you don't manage apps, ask an account administrator to deploy one.
