Browse agents by group

On some accounts, Mission Control shows a Groups tab in place of Chats and Projects. Groups puts the published agents into folders by category. This page shows you how to use it.

Open a group​

  1. Select the Groups tab.
  2. Find the folder you need. Each folder shows the category name and, in a badge, how many agents it holds.
  3. Select the folder.

A panel opens with the category name, how many agents it holds (for example 4 agents), and a list of those agents with their names and titles.

Start a chat from a group​

  1. Open the group.
  2. Select an agent in the list.

The agent's chat screen opens. See Chat with an agent.

A greyed-out agent is switched off. Pointing at it shows Agent is inactive in Mission Control. You can't open a chat with it.

Close a group​

Select Close in the panel, press Escape, or select anywhere outside the panel.

Troubleshooting​

  • The tab says No agents published to this account. Nothing has been published to Mission Control yet. Select Refresh after an agent is published.
