  2. Select the task's name.

The breadcrumb at the top reads Projects, the project name, Tasks, any parent tasks, and then the task. Select any part to go back to it. You can also select Back to Tasks.

The task page has these cards:

  • Task details. The Description, and the Start Date and End Date, and the task's tags.
  • Linked conversations. For a task assigned to people: the chats started for this task, each with its title, message count and date. It reads No conversations yet. until there is one.
  • Agent work. For a task assigned to an agent: the Prompt, Result and Audit trail cards. See Run a task with an agent.
  • Task summary. Assigned to, Task Status, the number of Conversations and Artifacts, and who added the task and when (Added).
  • Linked artifacts. Files linked to the task, each with its date. A file made by an agent run is marked Agent. Select a file to download it. It reads No artifacts yet. until there is one.

Complete a task

  1. Select Complete at the top of the page.

For a task assigned to people, Complete is there until the task is complete. For a task assigned to an agent, it appears when the agent's result is Awaiting Review.

Start a conversation for the task

  1. In Linked conversations, select New conversation.
  2. Ask your question in the chat that opens.

The chat is linked to the task. At the top of the chat, Project: and Task: show where it belongs. Select either to go back.

Troubleshooting

  • A Task assigned to an agent keeps its status. Assign it to a person to change it. Assign the task to a person, or let the agent's run move the status.
  • This Task changed. Refresh to see the current state. Someone else changed the task. Reload the page, then try again.
  • That task no longer exists. Go back to Tasks to see the current list. The task was removed. Select Back to Tasks.
  • You can't change who the task is assigned to. Only people who can edit the project can reassign a task.
