Sign in to ScoutIT AI

Sign in with the email address for your ScoutIT AI account. ScoutIT AI then asks for your password, or sends you to your organization's single sign-on (SSO) provider.

Before you start​

You need a ScoutIT AI account. If you don't have one yet, see Create your account.

Sign in with your password​

  1. Open the ScoutIT AI sign-in page. It shows Use your scout account.
  2. In Email address, enter your email.
  3. Select Continue.
  4. In Password, enter your password. To check what you typed, select the eye icon in the field.
  5. Select Sign in.

To go back and use another email, select Use a different email. If you can't remember your password, select Forgot password? and follow Reset your password.

Sign in with single sign-on​

If your organization uses SSO, ScoutIT AI shows This account uses SSO. after you enter your email, instead of asking for a password.

  1. In Email address, enter your email.
  2. Select Continue.
  3. Select Continue with SSO.
  4. Sign in on your organization's identity provider page.

ScoutIT AI signs you in when your identity provider confirms who you are. Your administrator sets up SSO. For details, see SSO configuration.

Enter a verification code​

If multi-factor authentication (MFA) is on for your account, ScoutIT AI asks for a security code after your password. See Enter a sign-in verification code.

Accept the terms and conditions​

ScoutIT AI may show Terms and Conditions after you sign in, for example the first time you sign in.

  1. Read the terms.
  2. Select the Accept check box.
  3. Select Submit.

What happens next​

ScoutIT AI opens the home page for the apps your account can use. If you open the sign-in page while you're already signed in, ScoutIT AI takes you straight to your home page.

Troubleshooting​
