Create your account

Create a ScoutIT AI account on the registration page, or set up your account from an invitation your administrator sent you.

Before you start​

Your password must be 8 to 20 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character.

Register for an account​

  1. Open the ScoutIT AI registration page. It shows Create your account.
  2. In First Name and Last Name, enter your name.
  3. In Email, enter your email address.
  4. In Password, enter a password. The strength meter below the field shows Weak, Fair, Good or Strong as you type.
  5. In Confirm Password, enter the password again.
  6. Select the check box to agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  7. Select Submit.

To leave without creating an account, select Cancel. If you already have an account, select Log In.

Set up your account from an invitation​

  1. Select the link in your invitation email. The registration page opens with your email already filled in.
  2. In First Name and Last Name, enter your name.
  3. In Password, enter a password.
  4. Select Submit.

Accept an invitation to another organization​

If you already have a ScoutIT AI account and are invited to another organization, the invitation link opens Accept Invitation instead of the registration form.

  1. Select the link in your invitation email.
  2. Check that the email shown is yours.
  3. Select Accept Invitation.

The message Invitation accepted. You can now sign in. appears.

What happens next​

ScoutIT AI shows a welcome message and then opens the sign-in page. To go there straight away, select Continue to log in.

The sign-in page shows one of these messages:

  • Registration complete. You can now sign in. after you register.
  • Account setup complete. You can sign in now. after you set up your account from an invitation.

Troubleshooting​
