Reset your password
If you've forgotten your password, ask ScoutIT AI for a reset link and set a new password from it. If you know your current password, you can change your password instead.
Before you start
Your new password must be 8 to 20 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character.
Request a reset link
- On the sign-in page, enter your email and select Continue.
- Select Forgot password?.
- In Email address, enter the email for your account.
- Select Send reset link.
The message If that email exists, a password reset link has been sent. appears. ScoutIT AI shows this message whether or not the email belongs to an account.
Set a new password
- Open the email with the subject scout password reset.
- Select the link in the email. The link expires in 1 hour.
- On Create a new password., in New password, enter your new password.
- In Confirm password, enter the new password again.
- Select Reset password.
To stop without changing your password, select Cancel.
What happens next
ScoutIT AI shows Your password has been reset. Select Back to sign in and sign in with your new password.
Troubleshooting

If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam or junk folder. If it still isn't there, contact support.
