Enter a sign-in verification code

When multi-factor authentication (MFA) is on for your account, ScoutIT AI sends you a security code each time you sign in. Enter the code to finish signing in.

Before you start​

MFA must be on for your account. You can turn it on or off in Your user profile.

Enter the code​

  1. Sign in with your email and password. ScoutIT AI shows Enter the verification code. and tells you where it sent the code.
  2. Open the email with the subject Your scout security code. The code is valid for 5 minutes.
  3. In Code, enter the 6-digit code.
  4. Select Verify.

Get a new code​

If the code doesn't arrive or has expired, select Resend code. The message A new security code was sent. appears. Enter the new code.

What happens next​

ScoutIT AI signs you in and opens your home page.

Troubleshooting​
