Contact support
You can contact the ScoutIT AI support team from any ScoutIT AI app while signed in.
Send a request
- Select the Support button (the life-buoy icon) in the top bar. The Contact support dialog opens.
- Under What kind of request is this?, choose Support request for a problem or question, or Enhancement request to suggest an improvement.
- In How can we help?, describe what you need. For a problem, include the page you were on, what you did, and what you expected to happen.
- Select Send request.
Track your support tickets
In the Event Intelligence System (EIS), open LearnIT → Support Ticket to see the tickets you have raised and their status.
